During our weekend visit to Buffalo, the hotel proved to be a quiet and beautiful spot, ideal for accommodating our family. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and a range of amenities available. Its location near various restaurants and close to the highway was convenient, even though the single entrance was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience was a mixed bag with fresh options but a bit underwhelming overall. Facilities were satisfactory, providing the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was awesome, clean, and spacious, with a great comfy bed. The service was super friendly, from the breakfast room manager to the desk staff who went out of their way to assist. The location was convenient, with great places within walking distance. However, the dining options were just okay, and there were limited food choices available. Overall, a great experience with a wonderful room and excellent service.

7.2/10
The hotel was conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens and the kitty cafe we were excited to visit, with Niagara Falls not too far away. The town center setting allowed us to easily explore the area, including an enjoyable evening at the Tralf. However, the dining options were underwhelming, making us reconsider our booking choice for breakfast. Overall, it provided a great base for our weekend retreat, though improvements like real plates and silverware would enhance the experience for the price paid.
Rooms
7.0
The room we stayed in went from having only one double bed and a sofa to a king suite, which was quite spacious. However, there were items left over from previous guests that were missed by the maid, leading to some discomfort. Additionally, the noise levels were higher than expected.
Service
8.0
Although there was a staff member, Sharonda, who came off as rude when discussing dining suggestions, the overall service was nice and accommodating. It would benefit from some customer service retraining for consistency.
Location

The hotel's location put us near the Botanical Gardens, the kitty cafe, and not far from Niagara Falls. Being close to the town center allowed us to easily explore, enjoying an evening at the Tralf. The help provided ensured a great weekend retreat.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience fell short of our expectations, not meeting the standards we hoped for. It wasn't impressive, and had it not been included in the booking, we would have opted for other options elsewhere for a premium breakfast.
Facilities
7.0
While the hotel offered dry cleaning, laundry services, and pet amenities, the overall facilities would benefit from an upgrade to real plates and silverware to enhance the dining experience.
